Many are asking if DepEd and CHED will declare Monday, October 18, 2010 in the Philippines as no classes because of typhoon Juan since it is expected to landfall on Monday.
Do we have class on Monday because of Typhoon Juan?
According to the National Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Council, the decision of DepEd as to class suspension will be announced this 5:00 PM. As usual, if the typhoon is rated as signal number 3 in an area, it is automatic that there are no classes.
Let us pray that this super typhoon will not cause so much deaths and infrastructural disaster.
