Kroger Pet Food Recall in US this 2010: Kroger Co recalls 3 brands of contaminated pet food

A pet food recall was announced by Kroger Co. this Saturday (US Time) because of the three contaminated products released in the market: these includes Pet Pride, Old Yeller, and Kroger Value brand pet foods. According to reports, the recall was issued after the test results showed that the packages made in a Kroger-owned factory in Springfield, Tennmay have aflatoxin - a chemical that can harm one's dogs and cats.

The recall affected the 19 states in the US across the Midwestern and Southern parts. These includes Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.
