The selected top 15 candidates were tested intellectually. They were given questions to know the wits behind their glamorous statures. They were given 30 seconds to answer the questions being asked by the board of judges. All of the Binibining Pilipinas 2011 candidates did well in the question and answer portion. Winners were proclaimed immediately after the Q and A portion.
