Christians protecting Muslims while praying in Egypt (photo)

In times of war and struggles for peace, differences in religion among different races are indeed being set aside. The collaboration of Christians and Muslims were very evident in a circulating photo while two of the alleged christian guys were in holding hands protecting the praying Muslims.

The photo was uploaded in Twitter by NevineZaki. The picture was uploaded yesterday (February 2, 2010) and continuously being shared by almost 14 thousand Facebook users and approximately 9,800 retweets.


The picture gained more of positive responses. In a comment of Donda11, he said that the Muslims should understand that in the end of the day, we must go forward with hope and not by fear and division. This was supported by Aarmaanta, "shoulder to shoulder toe to toe regardless of your status, only the greedy should fear Islam!", he said.

Amidst all of these trials, still, I can say that the best weapon to battle this man-made chaos are solid and intimate prayers. Unity that is regardless of status, race and religion.
