The allegations was intensified when Sharon Cuneta (KC's mom) through a TV Patrol interview said,
"Uulitin ko sinabi ng Daddy ko noon, ‘Kahit Metro Aide ang maging asawa niya, basta siya 'yung mahal na mahal, 'yung alagang-alaga. Kasi, 'di ko pinalaki 'yan para i-take for granted lang at balewalain. Unfair naman! Basta, Kristina, mama's here. Don’t forget you’re my daughter. We love you. We went through so much when you were little. You don’t have to go through it yourself."

Alta - Gretchen Barretto, Angelica Panganiban and KC Concepcion
Gretchen will star on a primetime television comeback series this June. According to her, the title of the television program was "Alta". As reported, she will be joined by four of today's hottest local actors and actresses like KC Concepcion, Angelica Panganiban, Sam Milby and Zanjoe Marudo. Alta will be directed by Noel Naval.
Gretchen "La Greta" Barretto said that the taping already started and will be aired at midyear.
Her previous soap opera together with Bea Alonzo was Magkaribal which was also premiered last June.
