Antonello Joseph aka
AJ Perez was declared dead on arrival at 12:10 AM on
April 16 after he was brought to
Paniqui Hospital.

Christina Ferrer, Edwin Patelos and
Dannilyn Nunga met an accident at along
McArthur Highway in
Barangay San Julian, Tarlac.
AJ together with other
ABS-CBN artists attended an event in
Dagupan. On their way home, according to
Police Officer 2 Michael Millante of the
Moncada Police, the van carrying the victims tried to overtake a trailer truck when it collided with the incoming
Partas bus. Worst, it was only
AJ who was seriously injured in the accident which caused his death. Two were injured while the other two were miraculously unharmed.
Earlier that night before
AJ left from
Dagupan,
AJ thanked his fans who attended his show in
Dagupan via
Twitter. "On the way home already from
Dagupan.Long drive ahead. Thanks to everybody who watched, thanks to zui for the gifts.And hi again to jarred!" he posted.
He also had an interview during that night before the accident stating that he has already finished taping for an episode in
Maalaala Mo Kaya with child-star
Bugoy to be aired on
April 30. The former
Sabel lead star also said that he misses dancing with the members of
Gigger Boyz, an all male dance group of
Star Magic in which he has been a part.
