Some time ago I found this delicious recipe. I have made it twice and it has been a great success.
Here is the recipe:
INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Set aside.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgz6dF1hz2CeAixTVcC4DJMmj9RfbHZiNvx5QgWXWpVcBemF8xqhdkN-usILSIrs7xzgG98FmICy7Rkkx1oCEh6C_PyVeDar_qQLVNtGtXu-fN4vrN67SwmeyPOCf5tO8VgEKQHBwatyHw/s320/Choc+Cheesecake.jpg)
In a large bowl, cream together 1/2 cup butter, oil, and 1 1/4 sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time, then stir in the zucchini. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk. Pour half of the batter into prepared pan.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg1sueFG_vF-tdSrAqCu7mJzMAyyrrPpn3ufRITZ4qtJEkLIxae64R4o2BJFfwKukzmv5B-OjOitIH9Yc5HVwc5GKkYITSsDA3PJbgN0Nqe8_lC8ZP19z4CPTwByhK9xz3Wpm2cvexqN6s/s320/menu_Cheesecake_GodivaChocolate.jpg)
Make the filling: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch; beat into the cream cheese mixture until smooth. Beat in 1 egg, milk and vanilla. Pour over batter in pan, distributing evenly. Pour remaining batter over filing.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjVZKvVT6UHAfV-hCLPo73-Wu7neAzhhLzMLCqdPbORA5oJsrCAJ_oZ0exlReG3R3ADey6tSzuJ4BtyanaSE58rvfDai3Dr6kjhZO-4JrLALf62BzxuP26S64_Vq4vDZ3TcZzKdEKQxG0Y/s320/menu_Cheesecake_Tuxedo.jpg)
