PNP Policemen Hazing in Laguna - Video and Pictures

A video was forwarded to Commission on Human Rights (CHR) concerning Philippine National Police (PNP) policemen while hazing police trainees in Los Banos, Laguna. According to reports, 15 police were accused of inhuman police training. Eight of them were:

PO1 Allan Pascua
PO1 Troy Sumayod

As shown in the video, part of the haze was eating chili and drinking water with grounded black pepper. They (the trainees) were also blindfolded while their instructors asked them to remove their underwear to rub the grounded chili in private areas.
